The goal of this project is to enhance the capabilities in Earth science data processing by developing a framework for automated anomaly detection and analysis for large heterogeneous Earth science datasets.. We will integrate this framework with the Terrestrial Observation and Prediction System (TOPS), a data and modeling system, developed over the past 10 years that combines NASA satellite and climate data with ecosystem models and provides near real-time assessments and forecasts of terrestrial ecosystems.
