For over ten years, the Fourier Transform Ultraviolet Spectrometer (FTUVS) instrument at JPL's Table Mountain Facility has collected data on the column abundances of key atmospheric trace gases including OH, NO2, NO3, CO2 and several others. The proposed work involves the continuation of the data record for OH and NO2 for an additional four years, and to analyze this record to identify atmospheric variability on time scales varying from diurnal to the solar cycle. In addition, the FTUVS data will continue to provide support to flight projects including Aura, Envisat, OCO and several others in the area of satellite validation.
